Meet Melissa Bermudez, the Chief Operating Officer at PLG. Melissa Bermudez brings a wealth of legal and managerial expertise to the firm. With a degree in Criminal Justice, she has devoted the past five years to PLG, initially serving in the pre-litigation department for a year. she furthered her education by obtaining a paralegal certification from the University of Miami and an Executive Leadership certification from Cornell University. Her professional journey includes three years as a paralegal, during which she collaborated closely with the CEO on various managerial initiatives. Currently, she oversees the firm’s operations, ensuring both its success and that of its employees. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and cherishing moments with her family.
