Aram Shah, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Property Litigation Group, PLLC, located in Miramar, Florida. As a true south Florida native, he brings a unique blend of legal precision mixed with a strong business acumen, where he specializes in helping homeowners maximize value with their homeowner’s insurance claims.

Before attending law school, he served as a principal real estate broker for ten years at one of the largest brokerage firms in Miami, Florida.  Subsequently, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2019 and a Master in Business Administration from Boston University in 2021.  Upon graduation, he worked at one of the largest insurance carriers as a defense attorney where he learned the nuances of first party-property law.

His experience working in-house combined with his previous real estate brokerage experience gives him a competitive advantage in helping his clients achieve justice for their homeowner claims.  Outside litigation, he spends time with his family and is an avid pickleball player.
