Mario began his legal career with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International
University. He then pursued his Juris Doctorate at New York Law School, where he
focused on commercial real estate development and transactions. In New York, Mario
represented a conglomerate of real estate holding companies, tackling code disputes
and municipal litigation in the New York Supreme Court. His work included managing
large Quitam False Claims Act litigation against prominent NYC agencies.
In 2016, Mario relocated to Florida to be closer to his family and to address the
pervasive issue of insurance companies unfairly denying or underpaying claims. His
