Stacy Napoleon is one of our Junior Partners at PLG damage attorneys, where she is responsible for ensuring compliance with Florida Bar regulations, maintaining financial accuracy, and overseeing all trust account operations. Stacy has experience in litigating third-party claims, drafting motions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements, and is dedicated to helping clients avoid unnecessary litigation.

Stacy is particularly passionate about advocating for clients who may be unfamiliar with their legal rights. She prides herself on empowering her clients with knowledge and guiding them through the legal process with clarity and compassion.

Before joining the firm, Stacy gained valuable legal experience as a legal research analyst and as a legal intern with a private immigration firm and with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she conducted legal research, prepared motions, and supported active case handling.
Outside of her legal practice, Stacy enjoys exploring new recipes, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband.
